OVERVIEW
Our Academy Pathway is designed for advanced young players who demonstrate exceptional potential and commitment. This elite program offers high-level coaching, a structured development curriculum, and regular competitive opportunities to help players progress to the highest levels of the game.
ELIGIBILITY
This pathway is only open via selection. Players must enroll in the Young Players Programme and will be identified by the club to join the Academy. We are currently only accepting boys aged 10-15 and Girls aged 10-12
PROFESSIONAL CONNECTIONS
The club collaboration with the VIA Sports Experiences Academy in Spain, extends to our Academy setup. The Club is affiliated to teams in the Spanish region where our players can benefit from playing at a higher level. VIA also offers professional technical training & opportunities for our players to participate and trial at professional clubs.
SCHEDULES & COMMITMENT
Players will train in the Academy group between three to five times a week as well as with their respective teams. Led by UEFA Qualified Coaches, the activities will include physical & technical sessions as well as Video analysis & participation alongside school work support. Players will be expected to commit to this fully & attend all planned activities.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS
Within the Academy Pathway, each player engages in a comprehensive Personal Development Plan (PDP) that aligns with our long-term player development framework. These individualized plans are designed to identify and target key areas across the four pillars of performance: technical/tactical proficiency, physical conditioning, psychological robustness, and social intelligence.

Through regular performance profiling, video analysis, and data-informed assessments, players set specific, measurable goals in collaboration with coaching staff. PDPs are reviewed and refined throughout the season to ensure continual progression, accountability, and alignment with each player's developmental trajectory and positional profile. This holistic approach not only maximizes footballing potential but also cultivates discipline, resilience, and high-performance behaviours required at elite levels.
PRICING & DURATION
The registration fee for the season is £50.00 per term. (x3) (Aug/Dec, Jan/Mar, Apr/Jun). An Extra £50.00 is to be paid for the GFA Subscription. The Start date is August 12th 2025, and finishes on 12th June 2026. All players will receive a full set of playing & training kit. as well as official Academy teamwear.
